Jeff would like to welcome you to Jeff Finke Realty Team! Jeff has assisted numerous buyers and sellers since graduating from Purdue University in 1987. He is a native of Columbus, is involved in community activities, and attends St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Jeff’s wife, Rae, manages the details of their residential rental business. Jeff and Rae have two young children, Paige & Cade. Jeff has assembled an experienced full-service Real Estate team, providing clients with superior service, communication and results! This unique team approach continues to place “The Team” at the very top of the local market. Rodney is a Columbus native and a 1991 graduate of Purdue University. Since graduation, Rodney worked in Industrial Engineering Sales prior to his career in Real Estate. Rodney’s wife, Beth, is as a Speech/ Language Pathologist for the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation. They have three children: Evan, Tyler & Carley. Rodney is active in the local community; he coaches youth baseball, youth football, and is an active member in a local church. Rodney works closely with our builders to help you build your custom dream home. Rodney also develops corporate business relationships in order to better meet the needs of the relocating client!

Brad has lived and worked in Bartholomew County since 1981. He is a native of Jasper, IN. Brad has a BA and MA from Indiana University. He began his career upon his move to Columbus after graduation and has worked as a local educator ever since. Brad taught at Hauser Jr./Sr. High School for his first 9 years, and has been at Northside Middle School for the past several years. He is married to Amy, a lifelong Bartholomew County resident who is also a teacher. They have two children: Cameron and Keaton. Brad is active in the community as a youth baseball and basketball coach, team manager for a youth hockey team, and an active member in a local church. Brad focuses on assisting a wide range of buyers find their dream home!

Mandy has a “reputation for results”! She joined Jeff Finke Realty Team in June 2009. She is a new addition to our team, but she is certainly not new to real estate! Mandy was part of Cathy Russell Team Real Estate in West Lafayette, Indiana for 8 years. (Go Boilers!) She is quickly making her presence known in the greater Columbus area real estate industry. Mandy continues to reach all her goals ahead of schedule. She manages to juggle several clients and families and still make each person she is helping feel like they are her only client! When away from work Mandy enjoys spending time with her family and sons, Andrew and Miles. She also loves designing jewelry. Mandy looks forward to assisting you in all your future real estate needs! Dawn is a native of Columbus and a 2001 graduate from Purdue University, Columbus. Dawn obtained her Real Estate License in 1998. She is married to Brandon, who is employed by Lohmeyer Plumbing Co. Inc. They are proud parents of three boys, Rylan, Reegan, and Riston. Dawn specializes in handling the very important details once there is an accepted offer. These details include follow up with the loan officer, appraiser, and inspectors to assure all contingencies are removed on a timely basis. This attention to detail provides you with a smooth closing process. Dawn is also very active in Jeff Finke Realty Team’s various advertising and promotional campaigns published throughout the year.
